1 PAN AFRICAN 2014 EARLY CAREER PROGRAMME (External Communication) In a bid to meet the aim of being the employer of choice, Guinness Cameroon S.A which is a subsidiary of the Diageo Plc. group, has developed a Pan – African Early Career Programme. Our objective is to attract and develop African young talented graduates to constitute a pool of future leaders irrespective of their gender, religion or ethnic origin. So, if you : ■Are 25 years or less than 25 years old by 31 st December 2013 ■Are a holder of at least a bachelor’s degree i.e. BAC+3 with at least 13.00 for candidates who did French education and a minimal GPA of 3.00 for those who did English education ■Have a cumulative working experience of two years maximum ■Are a holder of a valid driving license and able to drive; for candidates interested in sales and marketing duties ■Are available to work in any African country ■Have a good knowledge of information technology (IT) NB. If you are short listed for the final tests, you will be required to present your qualifications and driving license. (no MME or BE in your track record). ■Are a holder of a valid driving license and be able to drive; for candidates interested in sales and marketing duties ■Are available to work in any African country ■Have a good knowledge of information technology (IT) NB. 3 PAN AFRICAN F14 EARLY CAREER PROGRAMME The F14 Graduate Recruitment will be for following functions: Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance & Supply ■ Who & What We Are Looking For ■ Graduates with minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
