What is Team-Teaching?

1. Establish Rapport 2. Identify teaching styles and strategies. 3. Discuss your strengths and weaknesses.

This is where it all begins!!! This stage of Team-teaching is the most important. It demands the most mental energy, as the crafting of a good lesson happens here therefore requiring the usage of your mental and physical energy. SO YOU THINK YOU HAVE A GOOD PLAN? Lets talk about it.
6
The real action begins!!! Is this a good plan? Why are the students not responding? Why are they responding to the JTE and not me? Do we have enough material to fill the time slot? Are we meeting our objectives? DO THEY UNDERSTAND?
7
DID WE DO IT? This is the postmortem stage. It is very important to communicate in at this stage with your JTE Why? Because this is where you both determine how you can better the next lesson. Both JTE and ALT must respect each others opinion.
