3 Collaboration Mission Statement The Corona Norco Teachers Association, California School Employees Association –Chapter 369, and the Corona Norco Unified School District are committed to our collaborative professional relationship. The Associations and the District have successfully established and maintained a collaborative relationship since the early 1990’s. Our desire is to build, maintain, and sustain relationships based upon collaboration principles and student learning. The foundation of these relationships will transcend the differences in interests, will endure the changes in leadership of the three organizations. This collaborative effort has identified four chief tenets that are the essential components of this innovative relationship: process based collaboration strong trust flexible and focused leadership vigorous communication Together, the groups will use this compact to model and practice behaviors that promote an enduring cooperation.
