Parallel Lines Parallel lines are equidistant from each other. Equidistant means they are the same distance apart. Parallel lines never cross or meet each other.

Intersecting Lines If lines cross or meet each other, they are intersecting.

Perpendicular Lines Perpendicular lines meet or cross each other to form square corners. Perpendicular lines form right angles.
