3 Activity: Research Topics (In your tribes) Columbus, Pizarro, Atahualpa, Hernan Cortes, Montezuma, Ponce De Leon, Jacques Cartier HW: Find 2 primary sources (written records) for your person HW: Find a paragraph of information from 3 sources about this person 5 sources per group. If you cannot find a primary source, find another secondary source

5 Primary Source/Secondary Source Primary Source: any piece of information that was created by someone who witnessed first hand or was part of the historical events that are being described. (logs, diaries, autobiographies, etc) Secondary Source: writings which were not written at the time of the historical event. (Textbook, encyclopedia, etc)
