What is the Water Cycle? The Water Cycle is a cycle that shows how water travels above and below the earth’s surface. There are different stages where water passes through, which are evaporation, condensation, transpiration and precipitation.
4
Evaporation and Condensation Evaporation is when water turns into water vapour, and rises up into the atmosphere. A cloud is made up of tiny water droplets or ice crystals, When water vapour cools down it forms clouds.
5
Transpiration and Precipitation Transpiration is when the leaves from plants release the water back into the atmosphere. Precipitation is when too much water is condensed, that the clouds get heavier and let out rain.
6
What is the difference between water vapour and steam? Water vapour is when water is at is dew point, or evaporating. While steam is when water is above it’s boiling point. Water vapour is visible and invisible. While steam is just visible.

Water Cycle Song The sun heats up the water, water turns into gas that is called evaporation. Moving onto condensation which makes up all the clouds we see in the sky. Chorus: * Water Cycle Followed by precipitation Water Cycle Then it goes again The never ending cycle takes it place again, so it’s evaporation, transpiration, condensation makes up the clouds we see in the sky. * Water Cycle x2
