2. What kind of parents do you have?
Get out a blank piece of paper and write the kind of parent you have and guidance techniques they use to discipline you.

3. Parenting styles
Authoritative: Parents are attentive, forgiving, and they teach their children the proper behavior.
Authoritarian: strict parenting style, the parents have high expectations but have little communication between child and parents.
Permissive: They do not have any expectations of child, they allow the child to make their own decisions.
Neglectful: The parents neglect their child by putting their own life before the child's.
