HP2:Kemahiran Komunikasi Can communicate between members professionally which is able to increase the efficiency of communication which are important to undergraduates. Creates personality such as US President, Barack Obama who has a good communication skill in public speaking. We have already succeeded in knowing the method to get information which are valid and always renewed. The method in delivering message have also improved so that its delivery is effective. Communication skills which are obtained can be applied in the future when carrying out the next program and in our daily life. HP3:Kemahiran Pengurusan Maklumat dan Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat Can develop knowledge about skills in utilizing Information Technology (IT) and adaptation through program which are organised such as using Microsoft Power Point to create Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), using Photoshop to create posters, flyers and banner and surfing Google for additional information. We have tried to apply all the new things we have learned through program for lifelong learning.

5. Hasil PembelajaranStrategiPembuktian HP4: Nilai, Sikap. Etika dan Profesionalisme Able to carry out the duties which are told by the Head of Director excellently by using professionalism which is owned by graduates. No disclipinary action has been taken throughout the program and the program begins at the scheduled time without any major problems. The program also runs smoothly. HP5: Pemikiran Kritikal, Penyelesaian Masalah dan Pendekatan Saintifik Critical skills, solving problems and scientific approach plays a primary role in secretariat of program because secretariat of program needs critical thinking to solve issue that arises before and during program. For example, planning the duration and type of activity that will be carried out in the program. Able to predict the problem which will arise besides specialization of work systematically in carrying out program. New ideas from out of the box are used to prevent any mistakes from happening in the future have been generated and attached with the post- mortem report. HP6: Kepimpinan dan Kerja Berpasukan Able to brush up leadership skills in students especially in carrying out a program and creating great leaders such as Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, our former prime minister who came out with Vision 2020 for the nation. Division of duties and organizational chart has been done. All the AJKs’ have done their job respectively. Have got new working experience in a a new organization.

The AJKs’ have did surveying before buying things for the program. HP8: Kemahiran Kreatif dan Inovatif Creativity and innovation plays a greater role in activities such as Innovative Project. Students have to use creative and innovative skills in designing model from recycled materials. Creative and innovative skills also plays a primary role in the activities that are carried out by the members. Since this program has been planned, every AJK have actively involved by giving various opinion and recommendations as innovation for the program. Among them are how the activities in groups will be carried out.
