Why Ask the Question? Because the answer reveals your understanding of greatness What is greatness? (Mt. 19:20; 20:25-28; Mk. 9:35; Lk. 14:7-11)

Why Ask the Question? Because the answer reveals your understanding of character What is character? (Jn. 1:47; Rom. 5:4; Phil. 2:3-4,19-22; 4:8; 2 Pet. 1:5)

Why Ask the Question? Because the answer reveals your own lifestyle; your hero becomes your role- model What is your lifestyle … dress, talk, thoughts, actions, mannerisms? (Rom. 12:1- 2; Jas. 4:4; 1 Jn. 2:15-17)

Who Is Your Hero? Unsung heroes in the Lord’s church? –Bible class teacher –Faithful preacher (1 Tim. 4:12) –Godly deacon or elder (Heb. 13:7) –Kind, elderly sister

Who Is Your Hero? Will you be someone’s hero later in life? (Mt. 5:13-16; Phil. 2:14-16) If not, change your life! (1 Jn. 2:14) Worldly heroes are just that, worldly (Gal. 5:19-20)! So, who is your hero?
