Short reminder -2 ELMB CAN bus o In addition to the CAN bus signals the cable also provide the power for the ELMBs (12V) o Thick cable (SCEM code 04.21.60.491.2) will be used for long distance to minimize the voltage drop, thin cable (SCEM code 04.21.60.430.5) for local distribution + junction box “a la ATLAS” (has to be investigated) o Fixed double cable “PHOENIX CONTACT” connectors o Kvaser PCIcanx 4xHS cards WIENER CAN bus o Kvaser PCIcanx 4xHS cards o TCP/IP option for the WIENER equipment control is under consideration.
