THIS PLAYER is at the USTA 3.5 level. Mondays: 7:30 – 9:00 P.M. Wednesdays: 7:30 – 9:00 P.M. Men’s Extreme: Men’s Extreme is for men that want to take their tennis game to the next level. These players are at the USTA 4.0 to 5.0 level. Mondays: 7:30 – 9:30 P.M. Wednesdays: 7:30 – 9:30 P.M.

Please register online. Tuesdays: 12 – 1:30 pm Fridays: 12 – 1:30 pm Cardio Tennis: Cardio tennis is a fast paced tennis class designed to get your heart rate pumping. It’s the ultimate full body calorie burning workout. Please register online. Mondays: 9 – 10:30 A.M. Fridays: 9 - 10:30 A.M.

This is a drop in Clinic. Women’s:Mens: Tuesdays: 12:00 – 1:30 P.M. Tuesdays: 8:00 – 9:30 P.M Fridays: 12:00 – 1:30 P.M.. Thursdays: 7:30 – 9:30 P.M Cardio Tennis: Cardio tennis is a fast paced tennis class designed to get your heart rate up. Taught by our tennis professionals it’s the ultimate full body calorie burning workout. Mondays: 9:00 – 10:30 A.M. Fridays : 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. Fridays s: 10:00 – 11:30 A.M. Tuesdays: 9:30 – 10:30 Wednesdays: 9:30 – 10:30. NCRC Ladies Low Intermediate: Ladies who have had 1 to 2 years instruction. This player is at the USTA 3.0 level. Wednesdays: 10:30 – 12:00 Fridays: 9:00 – 10:30 NCRC Ladies Intermediate: Ladies who have had regular instruction and practice for 3 or more years. This player is at the USTA 3.5 level. Wednesdays: 9 - 10:30 Wednesdays: 10:30 - 12 Wednesdays: 12 – 1:30 Wednesdays: 12:30 – 2 Fridays: 9 – 10:30 Fridays: 10:30 – 12 NCRC Ladies Advanced: Advanced players are at the USTA 4.0+ level. This player can hit all shots consistently. Wednesdays: 9:00 - 10:30 Wednesdays: 10:30 - 12:00 Fridays: 9:00 - 10:30 Fridays: 10:30 – 12:00
