For TESDA will strictly adhere to continuous improvement in all aspects of TVET towards the attainment of its vision and mission. Its key result areas are: rapid, inclusive and sustained growth, and poverty reduction and empowerment of the poor and vulnerable All programs, projects and activities are anchored on the following: Updated Philippine Development Plan, TESDA Road Map NTESDP RA or the General Appropriations Act 2015
