Jean Mc Feely M.Sc, C.S.C.S.10 Rotator Cuff Tendonitis Inflammation of the tendons of the rotator cuff. Microscopic tears that initiate an inflammatory response. Subacromial bursa also become irritated. Very common with repeated overhead activity.
