Videoconferencing group meeting Meeting 23 January 2008 brought together vc owners Aim to share and learn about … – room set-up and design – which groups offer use of their installations – what demands your equipment and set-up can't meet and where IST may be able to offer help or a service – what shared central services may be useful – network, firewall, multicast, and other possible technical issues
