Seat Assignment System CNU Library has a Seat Assignment System that prevents one Person from exclusively occupying seats. It manages the reading rooms effectively through One Seat for One Person System Seat Assignment System Undergraduates, Faculty and others Students on leave and CNU graduates Outsiders needs to sign up for library membership or can use free seats Subjects Duration 6 hours at a time(extensible twice) Issuing Seat Ticket After checking Student ID & fingerprints(sign up) → Selection of Reading Rooms(Touch Screen) → Selection of Seat Number(Touch Screen) → Printing out of Seat Numbers Extension of the Seat After scanning the seat ticket, select “Extension” and then choose “Yes” An extension available two hours before the expiration time and is applied from the expiration time Returning the Seat, “Checkout” Complete checking out by scanning the seat ticket on the checkout machine Contents
