Step 1: In the blue ribbon across the top, select School and District Data. Then choose Dashboard. Note: The little red house button on the ribbon brings you back to your homepage at all times.

Step 2:This will bring up your Dashboard, where you will select KPI Dashboard tab From here you can select to look at and run reports on any of the information in the boxes.
6
Step 3: Click on the CST ELA Results, for example.
7
Step 3: From here you can select a Course/Section, Grade Level, or Student Subgroup. You can also change the test here and look at the school as a whole or at other teachers sections by X’ing out of your specific section and then selecting a teacher name.
8
Step 4: Once you choose a Course/Section, you will see your students listed and can get a detailed view by selecting the Report on the side.
9
Step 4: Here you will see students broken down by performance level, scaled scores, percent correct, standard, and raw score. You can Export this to Excel, or Save it to your Reports folder(can be accessed later in the ribbon at the top.
10
Step 5: If you Select Edit Columns at the top of your Report, you can further define, change or add analysis information of your choice and then return back to the report, or save.

Once we have added our own tests/benchmarks to this and students have access, you will be able to compare students scores with one another during PLC using the Dashboard and Report Builder to define your test information and scores. By sharing information between teachers about students, you can also check up on students in the mean time.
