2. Purpose  The purpose of this project is to bring forth into attention an alternative energy source that would benefit both the environment and all of mankind which will one day be put into effect and will replace toxic nuclear plants.

3. Intended audiences  The intent of this project proposal are for students, faculties, scientists, researchers, and governmental committees who share the same vision of having renewable energy sources and are willing to make a difference for the future.

4.
