Dimensions of Wellness Physical- Stress can affect our ability to maintain a healthy quality of life. Emotional- Having stress will not allow us to deal with everyday challenges of life. Intellectual- It’s hard to focus and learn new concepts if you’re worried about something. Interpersonal- You can be more inverted and not as social.

Dimensions of Wellness Spiritual- Peace in life will not be established until your stress goes away. Environmental- Having stress may influence our ability to be more responsible and care for our surroundings. Financial- There is a lack of basic understanding of how money works due to stress.
