3 Our History 2007 Founding of Prodamex sa de cv in San Luis Potosi, Mexico ( A former Nissan Truck harness manufacturing operation) 2008 Regrouping of Prodam / Prodamex Group with Terminal & Cable TC to form : TCPcable inc. 2009 Production of Military Harnesses at Prodam facility New plant addition of 10,000 sq.ft. at Terminal & Cable 2012 Prodam production transferred to Prodamex, Mexico Corporate sales for 2012, $30M USD 3

9 Investments supporting Military & Specialty Automotive Manufacturing
In addition to the 10,000 sq.ft. extension to the Carignan facility, Capital expenditures of approx $2 Million were made to increase our Manufacturing capacity of military and specialty automotive production by purchasing: - Coaxial Wire Strippers Hi-Lo Temp. Test Chamber - Vacuum Test Chamber Wire Jacket Strippers - Infra-red splice guns Focus Light Heaters - 2 Komax cut, strip & crimp machines Pico crimping systems - Hi-capacity heat-shrink oven - Automatic Schleuniger for Cables 9

Dedicate Carignan to Military wire harness and cable production - Accelerate transformation and Specialize San Luis Potosi for Automotive and Home Appliances Adding an evening / night shift at Carignan for more flexibility and capacity and using Kaizen programs to revamp workstations and increase efficiencies Continue the hiring (110 new hires), equipment purchasing and continuous improvement processes to assure our clients top quality wire harness manufacturing, delivered on-time at competitive prices. 10
