WHAT IS ASB? The ASB Cabinet, or student government, serves Redlands East Valley High School by voicing and addressing student opinions and needs, upholding the REV ASB Constitution, overseeing the expenditures of student funds, raising funds for the students, supporting and recognizing campus clubs and organizations, and sponsoring many school-wide programs and events.

WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF ASB? The primary goals of ASB are to create a memorable experience for all students on campus, to promote school unity and spirit, and to grow as leaders. ASB actively works to ensure that student activities and campus life are alive and well.

ASB SERVES AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN STUDENTS AND FACULTY MEMBERS OF REV.

BLOOD DRIVES AND OTHER FUNDRAISERS There are four Blood Drives every year and classes, sports, and clubs create multiple fundraisers every month. Blood Drives present an opportunity for students to donate for a good cause. Other fundraisers include partnerships with companies, games, and selling food items. Organizing these events teach communication, follow- through, and creativity.

HOMECOMING AND PROM There is one Homecoming and one Prom every year. These are our formal dances that provide an opportunity for students to have a wholesome fun night with their friends. Organizing these events teach partnership, conveying ideas, and innovation.

SUMMERFEST AND GENESIS Th ere is one Summerfest and one Genesis every year. These are more casual mass-events that not only include dancing, but also live entertainment, food, games, and more. Organizing these events teach community, creativity, and leadership.

RALLIES There are four rallies every year. These are assemblies that showcase school clubs, teams, and talents. Organizing these events teach occasional issue analysis, pep, and cooperation.
