19. Banner Forms Form Components – Fields u Fields are labeled space within a block u Fields are used to enter a query and to change and/or display specific information within a field.

22. Banner Forms Form Components - Record u A record is a group of fields that makes up a logical unit u There may be more then one record in a block u The record counter displays the number of records viewed and the number of total records u You can navigate to different records one of three ways

37. Menu Bar Pull Down Menus u There are 9 pull-down menus on the menu bar, each with a variety of selections u A dimmed option on a pull down menu indicates that is disabled
