Key Observations/Takeaways Tracking Hard to track user clicking through multiple platforms Social Competition Sometimes we forget the ‘bigger picture’ Raises awareness, but not as sustainable Benchmarks Individual systems that promote specialization (2care.com) Social media can make a strong impact
