Mind of a Winner “I was mentally sharp, When I say mentally it’s the best I've ever been” Rory Mc Ilroy, Irish times 5 August 2014. I didn’t get ahead of myself. I didn’t start to think of my score. I didn’t think about where I was in the tournament, I just kept playing my shot after shot by using my process.

Practice like you want to play and play like you practice What are you mindful of when you practice? Tip: Use imagery, only practice putting from under 2 feet.

Keeping the mind in the present The power of having a process which allows you to be mindful of the present ONLY. Tip: Do the same process every time.
