Birds Eye View:. a general view from above or a photo taken from a high angle. This image is a good example of BEV due to the angle the island is shot from, which emphasizes and exaggerates how high of a position the photo is shot at. The buildings in the photo as well as the river show the use of BEV. The height of the horizon line also helps show the use of BEV. The vibrant mountains as well as the the small strokes of sunlight on the left help draw the attention of the viewer to the height of the mountain tops. This causes the image to show an obvious use of BEV despite the fact that the horizon line doesnt necessarily show.

Worms Eye View: a view as seen from below or from a humble position. The movement of grass at the bottom draw s the viewers eyes to the mushroom. The length of the mushroom causes the viewer to look up towards the top of the image, making it a more successful example of WEV. The brightness of the sky and the triangular motion of the eiffel tower causes the photo to look elongated and is a perfect exmple of WEV. The vibrant colors of the leaves and the amount of leaves causes the emphasis to be at the top of the image, therefore making the WEV more eficient.

Shallow Depth of Field: Short distance between the foreground and background. The main object is always in the foreground. The emphasis of the flower with the combination of the eliminated shows how there is a shallow depth of field, yet at the same time it helps simplify the photo and draw the viewers eye only to the main flower to show more detail. The use of contrast between the foreground and background promotes the use of shallow depth of field. This picture is an excellent example of eliminated background. The blur in the back helps the viewer focus on the bird. The Glassy and consintrated texture of the cup with the smoothness of the background helps exaggerate the use of shallow depth of field.

Wide Field of View: Long and wide distance between foreground and background without emphasizing one or the other. The beautiful use of colors and contrast in the background mixed with the motion of the foreground show the use of a wide field of view and shows how there is an included background. The vibrant colors of the clouds with the size of the hay makes it a great example of how neither the background nor foreground is more important. The way the cards are just as concentrated in the background as the foreground shows included background. Included background: When the background is just as concentrated as the foreground.
