Directions Edit this generic Powerpoint template file freely. It includes an interactive menu that is active when viewed as a presentation. When you edit, be consistent; this will make your presentation look professional. Why? Your text should use the same font and style and the text boxes should be in the same location so that when you view the presentation, the slides transition smoothly. Include your own appropriate images, especially “captured” images. Use few words per slide. It’s much better to “spread out” your content on slides than “pack in” your content on any one slide. Edit the footer using the course call number, your name, the name of this presentation or assignment, and the semester and year. If you need another slide, copy a slide in the column of slides on your left and then paste it into the column of slides. If you don’t need slides, delete them. To view as a presentation, press the F5 button on your keyboard. To return to the “Edit View”, press the “Esc key. You will see that the links for the arrows work. Use F7 to check your spelling. Delete this text box by clicking on the border and pressing the Delete key.
