2 Hector Hector was a Greek Priam- was his father and his mother was Hucuba, they had about 50 sons and 50 daughters.

3 What he is best known for. Hector was the greatest warrier of Troy. Was the Trojan Prince. He didn’t approve of war between the Greeks and the people of Troy.

4 The Trojan War Hector was a leader in the Trojan War He lead the Trojans along with his brother’s into war.

5 Hectors Death and Other Facts Hector dies at the feet of Achilles from a spear to the throat. Hector begs Achilles for an honorable death and burial, but Achilles replies “ I will let dogs and vultures devour your flesh” A few minutes later Hector was dead Achilles then cut open Hectors legs and tied a rope to his feet and dragged him by his chariot in front of the gates. Hectors father bargained a ransom for his sons body and he then gave his son a proper burial.
