3 Search Using the online prospectus, locate courses available within your local area, using your home postcode Find different types of courses including, A’levels, BTEC’s, Apprenticeships and study programmes, if you are unsure of what you want to study, then use the Information and Advice hub to find out your options. Add courses to a favourites basket for you to review at a later date and make your applications 17/03/2016 3

4 Apply Complete your profile information at your own pace Apply to all of your chosen Colleges, Sixth Forms and Work based learning providers with the same application form Manage all your applications in one place with an interactive dashboard, responding to applications and offers via UCAS Progress Send a message to any providers you have applied to through UCAS Progress 17/03/2016 4

5 What will happen next? Your teacher or adviser will give you your username and password You will then need to go and save your courses to favourites and complete your profile to send your application Once you have sent your applications, look out for e-mails from UCAS Progress informing you that your application has progressed When you start receiving your offers, go onto UCAS Progress to accept or reject those offers 17/03/2016 5
