Intentional Conversations Intentional conversations are about always working towards moving someone to action Personal connection moves people to action. Make sure you establish personal connection You need to understand what motivates the person you’re talking to (everyone is different) Ask questions to develop personal connection and understand what motivates them – you should speak less than half the time The Ask: The conversation is always working towards the Ask. Get people to think about what an appropriate Ask is, for example, asking someone to get involved with Greening the Office
