Project Traffic Control Summary All lanes on US-131 will be open until April 23 SB US-131 single lane closure beginning April 23 extending through September SB US-131 double lane closure on weeknight and weekends Richmond Street will be open to both directions of traffic until mid-March Richmond Street will be opened for SB-WB traffic. EB-NB traffic will be detoured starting mid-March
