Process to Date Staff and others identified a number of “issues” since guidelines were last approved April 16, 2013 Subcommittee met but found that it needed full RTF participation High priority issues discussed with full RTF and modified language approved Guideline edits prepared for RTF consideration (Today) 2

What Happens Today Brief walk-thru to highlight “Big” changes in Roadmap and Savings volumes, dealing with the following topics: – Lifetime savings – Measure interaction – Delivery verification – Current practice baseline – Remaining useful life – Sunset dates for provisional measures – Clarification of “Substantial” – Best practice – Evaluation of provisional UES measures. Ask for volunteers to review and comment on these changes by May 2nd RTF provides guidance on whether footnotes should be moved to the main body of the text 3

Steps after Today If you volunteer to review and your input has not been received by April 30, Mike will call and remind you. After May 2 nd, review comments will be compiled and reviewed by staff. – If remaining issues are minor, staff will draft final edits and RTF will be asked to vote at the May meeting – If major issues remain, they will be brought to the May meeting for discussion and guidance. 4
