Most boys in puberty stage are fighting at school because of anger (mood swing) without strong reasons.

Kids in the age of 8-15 they experience puberty, and girls start it first than boys. There are physical, social and emotional changes especially mood swing one of the biggest changes that happen in it. There are many types of mood swings

Mood swings in puberty is normal but we need to control it and one of the best strategies to help you control mood swing is to have enough sleep also because it is healthy for our mind and during the growing up stages.
