Location Göteborg is located in South West Sweden.

Location Göteborg is located in Northern Europe.

Place Göteborg is in an Oceanic climate which means they have mild temperatures with around average precipitation.

Place Some waterways around Göteborg are the Göta Älv and the North Sea.

Place An important building in Göteborg is the City Museum of Göteborg. The museum was built in the house of an old eastern trade company.

Place An important structure in Göteborg is the Masthugget Church. The church was built in 1914 and is on top of a hill and near the Göta Älv which makes for an amazing view of the river.

Place An important landmark in Göteborg is the Ullevi. The Ullevi is the largest stadium in all of Scandinavia with a capacity of 60,000 people.

Place A well known tower in Göteborg is the Brudaremossen TV tower which is a tall tower almost one fifth of a mile high that has an observation deck about 60 meters up.

Place A popular station in Göteborg is the Göteborg Central Station. The station is the second largest railway in Sweden after the Stockholm Central Station and is connected underground to the largest mall in Scandinavia, Nordstan.

Place Götaplatsen Square is a square in the Center of Göteborg and is enclosed by the Göteborg Concert Hall, Göteborg Museum of Art, Göteborg Theatre, and Göteborg Library.

Place A large skyscraper in Göteborg is the Skanskaskrapan. The Skanskaskrapan is twenty-three stories high and is used for office spaces and on the top floor there is a café with an excellent view of the city.

Place The Göteborg Opera House is a hall for all sorts of orchestras, musicals, plays, operas, and concerts. It’s on the Göta Älv which provides for a good view of the river from outside of the house and as a result the architects who made it tried to make it resemble a seagull.
