Bones There are 206 bones in the body. Bones have four purposes: some give our body structure. some protect the rest of our body. blood cells are made inside our bones bones help us move

Joints There are two different kinds of joints: movable and and immovable immovable

An immovable joint is the skull. Joints are where your bones meet.

How Are Bones Held Together?

Cartilage Cartilage is bendable- not hard like bones. It can be found in many parts of your body. It is found in-between bones so they don’t rub together.

Ligaments Ligaments hold organs of the body in place they also fasten bones together They are as strong as a rope
