The spectrum of Cl-induced Q 1 (0) and S 1 (0) lines are identified near 4148.7/4151.0 and 4479.1 cm 1. Excitation of the Cl-induced Q 1 (0) line has an efficiency ~2 times that of the Q R (0) band. Excitation of the Q R (0) band is delocalized. Excitation of the Q R (0) band produced more dimers than excitation of the Cl-induced Q 1 (0) line. Q 1 (0) + S 1 (0) less efficient? (more work) How long do the vibrons survive? (more work) 18
