2  A simple automation system that contains a remote mobile host controller and mobile client module which involves a degree of computerized control to certain electrical and electronic devices in a building.

3  The main purpose of the system involves control the building or any company by integrating it with the internet.

4  Infrared, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technologies used in existing system for automation system.

5  Limited distance.  Low data transfer rate.

6  The automation system is facilitated through internet which provides access from all over the world.

7  Remote automation  Save energy  Controlling all the appliance without involving physical constraints  Home and office security

8  Mobile Client login and registration.  Implementation of home gateway in Apache server  Device Control and device status monitoring  Mode of Operation

9  Mobile Client is an Android application which created and installed in the User’s Android Mobile Phone. The Application First Page Consist of the User registration Process.  Once we designed the page we have to write the codes for each. It will generated as Android Platform Kit (APK) file. This APK file will be installed in the User’s Mobile Phone an Application.

10  The Server can communicate with their Mobile Client by GPRS. The Server Application can be created using Java Programming Language.  The Server will monitor the Mobile Client’s accessing information and Respond to Client’s Requested Information.

11  The devices are controlled based on the User command provided from the Android application.  For this purpose we are fabricating the Embedded Kit in which the devices attached with the microcontroller.  We are developing the coding for the kit using the Embedded C concept.

12  We can develop an Android Application by which the User can select Manual\Automatic control of the Devices.  If the User selects the Manual Control, User can control the Devices Manually.  If the user chooses the Automatic mode the User can select the Device along with the Device Running Time.

18  The electronic devices can be controlled in a much elaborate manner.
