The large crowd that cheered for Him on
Palm Sunday treated Jesus like a rock star.

In Luke 19: 41-44, Jesus weeps over Jerusalem and the future destruction
of the Temple. For over 3 years,
Jesus shared His heavenly light with Israel and their time with Him is nearly over.

12. The Sanhedrin considered Jesus just another “flavor of the month”
At the time of Jesus, there were many “false Messiahs” that came and went.
The Sanhedrin considered Jesus
just another “flavor of the month”
and therefore discounted the Christian church movement in Acts 5: 35-40;
feeling that it would die soon after He did.

42 …many even among the leaders believed in Him. But because of the Pharisees they would not openly acknowledge their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; 43 for

15. This Palm Sunday we celebrate Jesus: The righteous and humble King
that offers true peace to the Earth
through His blood in a New Covenant.
He’s not interested in casual “fans.”
He’s searching for true “followers.”
