Different circumstances in the cities, LAPs and sustainability Some have a very rich policy/strategy landscape, others are in a more indefinite or complex situation In some instances youth policies and stategies are clearly spelled out, in some not In some instances there are a lot of Youth related projects going on, in some instances the situation is much more indefinite The LAPs and plans of sustainability need to be fitted wisely to the existing circumstances
