7. What Are Fossils? Extinct- no longer living on the earth Dinosaur- an animals that lived that on Earth millions of years ago Fossil- what is left from a plant or animal that lived long ago

8. Fossil Molds We pushed the plastic bug into the clay to make a mold We poured glue in to make a caste. The glue represented mud or sand the filled the imprint and turned into rock.
