Patricia is a 59 year old woman who has a history of problems with her urinary system. Today she is experiencing some pain and inflammation in her bladder. She went to see her physician and he discovered she had bacteria in her in her urinary tract. Thankfully the infection was caught early because if not, an untreated infection can cause inflammation of the renal pelvis and the kidney.
