 Our Client  About our Project  Current Functional Requirements  Conceptual Diagram  Design and Platform – Dave Allan  Database and Backend – Josh Geerlofs  Functional Deliverables for Iteration Two.  Timeline

 Dunedin Casino  Potential stakeholders - Dunedin pubs and clubs - Other Casinos (possibly international) ‏  Computer Based Training System  Will involve testing of the users  Highly regulated industry  Final deliverable will be server based but also needs to be portable for use in standalone systems.

 Needs to store data about results of training.  Data from reports needs to be exportable.

 The System shall allow data retrieval  The System shall provide feedback  The System shall be interactive  The System shall permanently store data

 Iteration Two release consists of a fully functional platform to which content can be added.  Development platform  Flash  PHP  Mysql  Front end  Dialogue Diagram  Paper prototype  Conceptual art  Back end  Database functions  Database concept  PHP functions

 Determine layout  Determine functionality required for the user  Visual representation to better explain our ideas to the client  Approved by client

Basic login screen with input fields and login button

Main menu is used by the user to navigate to the other parts of the software It contains menus with drop down submenus and an area to display content such as instructions

Retrieves and displays data in the content area The user is able to refine there search using the menus and input fields

Displays questions and content which the user will interact with Results from this interaction will be stored in the data base

Used to display training material which the user interacts with. Contains menus for navigation and a content display area

 Product of refining the paper prototypes  Used to determine theme  It will be used in the design document

 The database shall store:  User information  Authentication information  Modules and Tests  Test Results  It will combine with PHP and Flash to allow users to:  Dynamically generate reports of test or user information  Authenticate users and allow them to alter their password  Sit tests and receive instant feedback

 The system will use PHP to host the Flash content, and possibly provide some of the testing functionality  Provides authentication  May provide admin functionality for management staff
