4 SPBSS - Purpose Help students feel more connected Identify proactive strategies we can use to build relationships Clarify expectations and consequences Create and maintain a safe and secure learning environment for ALL students

5 Proactive Alert and involve parents as much as possible Review our Code of Conduct early and often Continue Circles and class meetings supported by Restorative Practices and Responsive Classroom research Provide planned guidance lessons for all students Utilize Restorative Agreements (RAs) to keep parents informed and encourage students to “make it right” Utilize Knights Honors to recognize individual actions Work with PTO to schedule events that involve our families Use the Bully Box as a method to record and address student concerns Teach strategies to deal with conflict Teach students how and where to seek support LISTEN – Dig deeper using survey
