“The Balloon Story” is about a ban who is in a hot air balloon and he is lost so he gets closer to the ground because he sees a man that might be able to tell him where he’s at. When the balloonist reaches to where the man is standing he asks him if he happens to know where he is, and the man replies to the balloonist the obvious that he's in a hot air balloon high in the sky. The balloonist replies to the man that his answer is of no help to his situation. And the man replies, “well you don’t know where your at, you don't know where you're going, but you expect me to be able to help. You're in the same position you were before we met, but now it's my fault."

A LTHOUGH I AM NICE M ANY TIMES I TEND TO BE I NCREDIBLY MEAN A LTHOUGH I HAVN’T HAD A ROUGH TIME IN LIFE I B ELIEVE THAT LIFE CAN MAKE YOU HAVE GOOD E XPERIENCES AND BAD ONES TOO. I’ve learned many things about work-style behaviors that will help me be more affective when I get a job. I’ve learned how to deal with people that have different traits than mine. I’ve learned that being able to understand someone else's personality traits and their work style behavior the communication is much better. Ive also learned the four different work-style traits. They are Analytical, driver, amiable, and expressive. Some people even have two different traits like me. I am amiable and I am also driver.

A LTHOUGH I AM PICKY N EARLY ALMOST A LWAYS ORGANIZED L IKE THINGS IN ORDER Y ET I CAN BE AT T IMES I GNORANT C AN A LWAYS L EARN TO CONTROL MYSELF What I learned from this project and from people's work style behavior's is that there is a lot of different people. I learned you have to deal with different people in your work place because of their different work styles and you have to get along. There is a lot of styles like Driver, Amiable, Analytical, and Expressive. All of them have different characteristic traits which makes it hard to deal with them. The way to be more effective in your work place is that you shall learn how to work with all the different traits to be successful.

A LTHOUGH I USUALLY N EVER LET A NGER GET TO ME L IKE BEFORE YOU’LL NOTICE T HE DIFFRENCE I N MY ATTITUDE C ONCERNING THE SITUATION A T HAND L IFE HAPPENS What I learned about different work style behaviors is that a person’s appearance may differ from the actual person they are. A person may appear like a nice, friendly, open person yet they may be analytical which means they can be picky, moralistic, and stubborn. It’s good to know and figure out any of your co- workers work styles because you may have two total different styles one may be very talkative meanwhile the other is quiet and keeps to one’s self. So you and the other person have to figure out how to work with each other you have to study one another and see how it is that gets you to talk and collaborate with not only your co-workers but with customers too.

They may seem nice but, when you get down to doing projects with them you will see a whole different side to them that you never thought you would see. In the group I was in was great the leader was amiable. She was respectful, patient, and the rest of us were analytical very serious and picky. Some of them didn’t talk. From this project I’ve learned to get along with people I didn’t know to get things done.

I learned that people have different work-style behaviors. Some are amiable, analytical, expressive, or a driver. In order to be successful in a team, you must adapt to other peoples work-style. By adapting you will be able to succeed as a team/group. So the only way to be more affective in a work environment is to understand the work-style and work together.
