Distributors will have 2 metrics : Orders and Shipments. Appropriate target will be set independently. Introduction of IBIS in contractual discount Introduction of a new Growth and Strategic Programs upside rebate, set on a quarterly base (half base for new Distributors and limited business sizes).

Distributor can follow their performances and rebates achievements thanks to new Polaris dashboards Growth and Strategic Programs will be set on a quarterly basis (or half basis for new Distributors or limited business sizes) At the end of each Calendar Quarter the final performance is calculated and the Rebate paid in the following month, if achieved.
