Tropical Storm Lee’s information Developed in the Gulf of Mexico on the first of September. Became a Tropical storm on September 2 nd and lasted tell September 5 th. Developed very fast and made landfall on Louisiana coast, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida’s panhandle.

Other disasters produce from Lee 46 Tornadoes had formed mainly across the south. Lee’s winds helped spread wildfires across Texas and New Mexico. Wind damage had accord in Louisiana and the other coastal states affected. Last the most important the heavy flooding rains in pretty much every square foot Lee had traveled.

Lee’s damage Lee caused 1.6 billion dollars of damage by every where that was effected. There was also 18 people who died from the tropical storm. The village of Owego, new York had been 95% underwater from Lee as well.

States affected Wind damage- Louisiana, Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, Tennessee. Flooding- Louisiana, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Rode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont.

Binghamton’s Destruction Lee had forced 20,000 people to be evacuated from the area. Over 7300 building were damage from Lee’s affects. 26 million dollars worth of damage was done alone on Binghamton’s sewage treatment plant thanks to Lee’s Effects.
