Permit Application Summary Not a “development” permit in the usual sense VFPF: Defined in certified Land Use Plan Flood protection levee Vegetated with native plants Provides access to public viewing point Goal of investigation is to: Determine a path for VFPF’s sub-surface stabilization that satisfies geotechnical engineering requirements, and Avoids or minimizes impact to any archaeological intact midden or significant features 2
