7. Congratulations to AMS Lego Robotic’s Program!!

8.  The Robotics Team competed in the regional tournament in Zeeland Saturday.  The Middle School Team’s, “Chocolate Lego Bus” again took a 4th place overall and will be competing in the State Tournament in Flint on Saturday, December 11, 2010.  The Team has gone to State each of the 3 years they have competed.  The team, composed of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, won the trophy for overall core values including teamwork and gracious professionalism. Congratulations Lego Robotics Team

11. Student Council  The next student council meeting will be today, November 17, 2010, at 10:40 in Mrs. Fox’s room #104.

12.  Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:50-4:15.  Run by Mrs. Carpenter and Mrs. Lutke.  Sign-ups are in the office.  Bus provided to take you home!  PLEASE sign up before the end of the day if you know you are staying!!!

13. Scholastic Book Orders  Your book orders need to be turned in to the library no later than this Friday, November 19.  I still have order forms available if you haven’t picked one up yet.

14. Books For Christmas  If you would like to order Scholastic Books as a Christmas gift for a younger brother or sister, I have order forms available for preschool – 3rd graders.  Stop in the library and pick one up.
