2. Objective & Purpose: Objective: Students will analyze the causes and course of the New England Colonies by creating a poster of advertisement. Purpose: To explore the history Early America and understand the greater themes of the “American Revolution” and why people would travel to a “new world”. Standard: 1.2 - Students will compare lifestyles in the New England, Middle, and Southern Colonies according to race, class, and gender by utilizing one of the big 11 social studies skills.
