2 What is C25k?  A running training plan to motivate individuals who have been sedentary or have never run before to kick start their first step to being active.  Designed to prepare you to run a 5k or 30 minute run in 9 weeks.

3 What does the training program look like?  9 week program  3 runs per week  Each session takes about 20-30 minutes.  Mixes running with brisk walking  You can choose to follow the program by measuring time or distance.  Progresses from beginner level to a full 5k or 30 minute run.
