The Golden Rule Principle, -“Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.” What is it based on? Empathy

The Greatest Good Principle- a decision is based on whether an action will create the greatest good for the greatest number of people.

How does ethics and the law conflict? You must decide whether to do what you know is morally right or obey the law.

Can a state statue conflict with the U. S. Constitution? No it would be unconstitutional.

Administrative agencies- can make their own rules, enforce their rules, investigate violations of their rules, and decide the guilt or innocence of those who violate their rules.
