California Energy Commission Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Incentive and Small Business Preference Programs State law requires contracts awarded to private companies to meet the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE). 3% of the total contract amount, or Executive Director exemption Incentive given for > 3% Contract Solicitations include preferences for certified Small Businesses or to those Bidders subcontracting 25% or more to certified Small Businesses Get Certified: http://www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/Programs/OSDS/GetCertified.as px 15
